Project enquiries

Bowen Chang Pty Ltd uses the name, email address, project type and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. Please leave out sensitive health information, passwords and confidential project material.

When the online form is available, Microsoft Azure processes the request, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions, and Resend delivers the enquiry to our business inbox. We do not save enquiry bodies in application logs or an application database. Email providers and the business inbox retain their own copies; processing may take place outside Australia.

If the online form is unavailable, the email-draft option uses your email app instead. Review and send the draft there.

Website measurement

When enabled, our Azure Application Insights integration records public page paths, enquiries accepted for email delivery, and clicks on approved App Store links. It does not send your name, email address or message, URL query strings, or form field values. We do not set analytics cookies, and we respect the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Azure processes the connection to this website. Our measurement endpoint forwards only the fixed event name, approved page path, approved app identifier (for app clicks), and preview or production environment. It does not forward visitor IP addresses or browser identifiers to Application Insights. We retain these event records for 30 days.
